DELIVERY & SHIPPING.

Please check the delivery estimate stated on the website listing for that item. In stock items are 1/3 working days delivery (excluding weekends). Preorder items are clearly stated that they are a preorder item & the delivery estimate will be stated on the website listing. (ONCE A PREORDER ITEM IS ORDERED WITH THE SUPPLIER, WE CANNOT CANCEL IT OR AMEND THE ORDER) Please refer to the preorder delivery estimate stated on the item you are ordering. This will also be stated on your order confirmation email, if you cannot see your order confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder as they sometimes go into that folder depending on your email settings. please also check that your inbox isn't full as the email will just bounce back.  Please ensure that your email has been entered correctly on your order as otherwise your order confirmation email will just bounce back.

Please only select next working day delivery if the item states 2/3 days delivery as that means we have the item in stock.

If the items state preorder 18/21 days delivery we cannot offer next day delivery as the item is preorder and has to be ordered in. 

We use Royal mail signed for mail on U.K deliveries & special guaranteed next day delivery on our Ruby down jackets. 

We use International tracked & signed mail for International shipping. (Please note we are not responsible or liable for any customs duty levied by customs. Customs charges are the customers responsibility & are not included in the item price or shipping fee stated on your order. The boutique is not responsible for any items held or delayed at customs. We as a business cannot control these delays. We will not refund shipping costs under any circumstances. Shipping costs are paid to Royal Mail to ship your items and none of that cost is retained by the boutique. Royal Mail quote 5/7 working days delivery to Europe & 10/12 workings days to USA, Australia, Canada, NZL and the rest of the world. However these are estimates only and typically this is the usual delivery time on these destinations.  However if for what ever reason your delivery is not delivered within these timeframes we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by shipping.

Once your order is ready for dispatch we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information on it. All items can be tracked via the Royal Mail track & trace website.  Just enter the reference provided on the shipping confirmation email we sent you on dispatch

We do not offer collection. It is postage only.
